Thought note: Doodling patterns, and the inspiration here seems to be swags and curtains and Victorian fabric treatments in fashion . . . steampunk styles . . . though I don't actually care for curtains much - had none in my Denver home at all. Mostly I just start drawing, there isn't a big plan. Still, I think curtains are interesting to draw, and I like the curves and patterns they inspire.
Tech note: This one was done with two Copic Sketch pens - using the brush end. The red is "Prawn," a great kind of shrimp-colored red, very in-between, and I like it!
