Teresa Roberts Logan, founder and owner of LAUGHING REDHEAD STUDIO, INC., has been a professional artist and comedienne for years, and has drawn and written humor for Andrews McMeel Publishing, Hallmark Cards, Hallmark Gift Books, Ronnie Sellers Publishing, Creative Converting, and Recycled Paper Greetings, among others. Her humorous DVDs, cards, books, and other gift products can be found at Mom-and-Pop shops coast to coast, as well as in Target, FedEx/Kinko's, Lifeway Christian Stores, SteinMart, and other mass market venues!
Teresa's experience includes working in-house at companies such as Hallmark, Paramount, and Current, working ideas from concept through production on thousands of greeting cards and hundreds of other products (mugs, candles, partyware, home decor, and more!) She is SERIOUS about the humor business!
Teresa's confidence in her abilities comes from years spent professionally focused on humor - from page to stage, she has been a creative director and designed entire product lines as well as conducted humor focus groups for major companies. In addition, Teresa has written scripts for one-woman shows, stage productions, and award-winning radio ads! Teresa has her finger on the pulse of today's humor, testing her material and her voice with live and broadcast audiences as well as in her own product lines which are in Mom-and-Pop shops as well as mass market channels.
She is uniquely positioned to know what makes women LAUGH - every day for her is focused with that goal in mind - and more importantly for her clients, what makes them BUY product - she has proven sales across many product categories! This includes greeting cards, home decor, and gift products of all types!
As a comedienne, she has appeared on such shows as A&E's Evening at the Improv, Comedy on the Road, and HBO's Comic Relief, and has performed regularly in prestigious clubs such as ZANIES in Chicago, CATCH A RISING STAR in Las Vegas, and COMEDY WORKS in Denver.
She recently was a featured comic on BANANAS, the hit family-friendly comedy TV show shown weekly all over the world! She is featured (the only woman comic) in the Warner Brothers' DVD release THOU SHALT LAUGH, a comedy concert hosted by "Everybody Loves Raymond" star Patricia Heaton. She also is a featured comic in the "Comedy Quickies" which she just shot for the Gospel Music Channel in NYC, and is one of five featured women comics on the upcoming COMEDY ANGELS, from the producers of Blue Collar Comedy and Apostles of Comedy.
